Each unique property offers homey comforts and a peaceful retreat from the daily stresses. Lucille's Guest Cottages are just a short drive from Spring Bluebonnets, famous "Painted Churches", Monument Hill/Kreische Brewery State Park, Texas Czech Heritage Center, Round Top Festival Hill and area museums. There are art, antique and collectible shows and shops. Entertainment includes community festivals, church feasts, an air show, herb gardens, live country music, classical music and theatre.

Martha's Kitchen Cottage - Rates begin at $100 per night plus tax.
  • Full size bed and single trundle bed
  • Large modern shower in bathroom, lots of fluffy towels
  • Separate kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, lots of dishes. Snack food, soft drinks, coffee, juice provided

Live Oak Street Guest Cottage - Rates begin at $100 per night plus tax.
  • Bedroom with queen size bed and roomy closet. Queen size sleeper sofa in living area
  • Bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower
  • Kitchen provides refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes
  • TV/VCR, CD Player
  • A/C and ceiling fans
The Farmhouse At Freyburg - Rates begin at $100 per night plus tax.
  • Two themed bedrooms. Cowboy Room has queen size bed and single rollaway. Country Room has two double beds.
  • Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, etc
  • Deck with picnic table
  • TV/VCR, CD Player
  • Wooded half-mile trail

Additional rates: weekday rates for two people: $80 + tax 3-night minimum; $90 + tax for 2-night stay. Cancellation fees apply some dates/events. No credit cards. Maps and visitor information provided.
